All new equipment is guaranteed for twelve months part and labour against normal wear and tear.

All used equipment is guaranteed for three months.

Some further advice

Our guarantee does not cover speakers being over-driven. This is a common occurrence mainly cause through amplifiers not having enough power to drive the speakers (although it also can be caused through too much power as well). Our advice is that if you hear any distortion turn the volume down immediately. Do not adjust the bass or treble controls when playing music loudly. Speakers over-driven will incur a charge for repair.

We also recommend that you invest in a lens cleaner for compact disc players and tape head cleaners for cassette decks and video recorders as these are simple maintenance procedures which, if not carried out, can impair the sound.
