Hi-Fi Corner tip- the more drive units the speaker has, the more difficult to design, so unless you are spending lots, stick to fewer drive units - once again, less is more! Don't place speakers near the wall or if they are monitor speakers don't place them near the floor. Isolate your speakers on a good stand or with isolation feet. All speakers sound different, and it is likely there will be variations in quality between budget speakers.
