Hi Fi components, particularly source equipment such as CD players and Turntables, are very sensitive to vibrations which can significantly alter their performance. Speaker stands are one of the most obvious and important items for a hi-fi, so if you have Stand-mount speakers, check out our range of stands to get the most out of them. Tip: Stands filled with baked sand, or Atabyte Stand Filler will sound much better than hollow stands which can produce unwanted ‘ringing’ frequencies.
